Every CRIS report you save is permanently stored here โ timestamped, timestamped and locked, and retrievable for carrier vetting documentation. Under Montgomery v. Caribe Transport II, the critical question in discovery is what you knew on the day you tendered the load. This is your proof.

Why These Records Matter in Litigation
When a plaintiff's attorney subpoenas your carrier vetting records, they will ask for every document that existed on the date the load was tendered โ not what you can reconstruct today. Every record stored here is timestamped at the moment of your CRIS analysis and cannot be modified or deleted.
Record Retention: We store your CRIS records for 5 years โ exceeding the federal 3-year minimum under 49 CFR ยง371.3 and covering the full litigation window. We strongly recommend you also download and keep your own PDF copy of each report. To retrieve historical records contact admin@customsvalidator.com with your Record ID.
